Payment Policy

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required at the time of order, except when you select Cash on Delivery.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your package arrives

Security

Checkout is encrypted end-to-end with SSL. Card data is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider — Redwood Books never stores full card numbers.

Billing & receipts

A receipt is emailed to you immediately after a successful payment. For COD orders, a receipt is provided by the delivery driver.

Failed payments & disputes
