From the moment you place your order to the day it lands on your doorstep, here's exactly what's happening behind the scenes.

We've confirmed your order and sent a receipt to your email.

Preparing Your Book
Carefully packed at our Wichita location within 1–2 business days handling.
- Step 3
In Transit
Handed to USPS or UPS — 2–5 business days transit via usps/ups.
- Step 4
Out for Delivery
Your parcel is on the delivery vehicle and heading to your address.

Delivered

Check directly with the carrier
Once your parcel is handed over, the carrier provides the most accurate location updates. Use your tracking number on either site below.
Tracking help
- I haven't received a tracking number yet.
- Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days handling. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- My tracking hasn't updated in a few days.
- Carrier scans can pause between transit hubs. If there's no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- Can I change my delivery address?
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll update it. Once handed to the carrier, changes must be requested directly through USPS or UPS.
