How we handle your information.

To ship your order we collect the name, shipping address, email, and phone number you provide at checkout. If you email us, we keep the content of that email so we can help you.

We never see, store, or transmit your card number. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe (a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor) — your card data is tokenised in your browser and sent directly to Stripe. Cash on Delivery orders don't involve any payment credentials at all.

Order information is used to fulfill your order, coordinate with USPS or UPS, and respond to support requests. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email only for that newsletter — one email a month — and nothing else.

Only the carrier that delivers your package (USPS or UPS) and, where legally required, government authorities. We never sell or rent your information.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember what's in your cart and to measure basic, anonymised site traffic. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time.

You may request a copy of your personal information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@redwoodbooks.store. We respond within 30 days.
